Never enjoy criticising our team and we're probably the most patient bunch of fans going (us and Liverpool!) but no excuses for yesterday. Whether they're paid or not, we deserve better than what was served up yesterday. I've seen some diabolical Fisher performances over the years but I'd say that one is up there with the 'best' ! Spoke with Gary after the game, really gutted like the rest of us. GO MAKE IT BETTER GAZ !!

Every team we play at home raises there game against us , we were a conference side last year, and they are playing at one of the best stadia in this league, and we are Fisher, we have been there and played at the highest non league level. The commitment put in by Norton sports yesterday showed that,, it was like a cup final to them. Gary summed it up in the programme Saturday, "Most of the teams in this league are not that much better than us, but they make the right calls more often than we do, and that can be the difference". Would have liked to have seen Taz further up the field where he can do more damage, not at right back, I'm sure Gary had his reasons for playing him there. Heres hoping we can break this home hoodoo next week. COME ON THE FISH

Yeah we were awful - probably slightly worse than the Bengal game and at least we got a point that day. Discipline again was pretty bad too.
Teams are definitely raising their game against us you could hear all their players getting off the coach on Sat saying what a nice ground it is and how they don't get this every week. Don't think there was a big difference in quality but they were up for it and we weren't.
We knew this year wouldn't be easy and would just be about assembling a competitive side. Next season we hopefully will have improved and strengthened and can push on a bit it will just take a bit of time.
C'mon the Fish!
