We're not allowed to mate. If we got the green light we'd have a Challenge Anneka operation put in place by the end of the week.
The owners of the site are awaiting planning permission and if that gets the go ahead the pitch will be rotated and Fisher will get a new ground on the site with 169 odd flats also built.
Until such time we're not allowed to touch it.

Who actually owns the site and are they still connected to the club?
I was under the impression that the plans for a new stadium and flats there had been replaced by the idea of moving to Southwark Park (although that seems a non-starter too), but the plans had actually been passed by the councila couple of years back.

My first post! Not a Fisher fan as such but did start going last season and I admit to being a bit of a footbal ground anorak.
Anyway, if you go to Salter Road on a Sunday morning there's a car boot sale, actually on the pitch, so you wander round the old ground freely.
I went a couple of weeks back, took some good pics, if I get round to it I'll post them online - never went to a game there but seen pictures and sad to see the place in the state it's in.
