Did Chris Hollidge stay on for the last 25 mins with what looked like a bad hamstring injury because we had used up all our subs at half time ?. Surely he should have just been taken off?? he could barely walk let alone run, I know he is the captain but just leaving him on the pitch to just hobble around wouldn't have done the injury any good and just prolonged the amount of time we will be without him.

What a game that was - epic is the word that springs to mind.
8 goals and a sending off - end to end game, think we all got our five pounds worth yesterday!
Hope the Herne Bay player makes a speedy recovery.

Bay are clearly a good side going forward - they had a couple of players with poise on the ball and knocked it around well in spells. They might have put the game out of sight, but in spite of effectively giving them a 2 goal headstart (caught ball watching on a short corner for the first and a bit of a rash rush out from Adam B for the penalty) it was encouraging to see the Fish fight their way back into it twice.
I have to say the unfortunate injury helped us - even though they put away the spot kick after the delay, the early momentum had understandably gone, but its not as important as the fact that we kept going pretty much to the end.
Certainly action packed and value for money as Joe said!
