;D ;D ;D ;D First victory for the new Fisher away to Ryman North opposition. Hats off to Gary, his coaching staff and of course the players. Things are really coming together and the all new Fish look really good. Played some nice stuff, on the floor with quick one touch passing. Players already look fit and lean. Thought at the start we were in for a long afternoon as Romford took the lead in the first minute and their stricker missed a golden chance in the 3rd but it was all Fisher after that. Pacey winger beat three people before being tripped in the box on 10 minutes. Slotted by the number 9 (sorry, not up to speed with the names yet). 15 minutes later, through ball found the no 10 clear on goal who passed it into the net. Romford pulled it back level a minute after the restart, Fish caught napping. Game was scrappy after that but 10 minutes from time, substitute forward was put through on goal, his lob came crashing off the crossbar but the other sbustitute striker basically couldn't miss for the rebound, presented with an open goal. About 20 odd fans made the journey, and they were rewarded with a good win and a perfomance that bodes really well for the future. C'MON THE FISH!!!
