There's rain forecast for the afternoon too, so even if it passes an early inspection we won't be out of the woods.

Yet again, afraid to say, after an early pitch inspection, the London Senior Cup, game at Harringey Borough Fc, has been postponed. No surprise there then.

This is pathetic. I suppose at the very least they are managing to provide reasonable notice of each cancellation, but it is still pathetic. They will never be able to play this game - this is England, it is going to rain until May and probably beyond. Can they not switch it to a neutral venue? Or Champion Hill?

Well at least they're giving plenty of notice. No ones been inconvenienced yet. Probably after Christmas now I would have thought.

Bugger, I can't make it next Tuesday.
And the forecast is for no rain between now and Monday, so you never know, their pitch might actually be playable. It is however going to be cold, so it could always be frozen off.

Swings and roundabouts, I play footy myself on Tuesdays so I could never make it but next Tuesday I think our game is already off so I will aim to make my way there if on!
Win some, lose some!
